      Do I take care of my body enough? How Often I wash my teeth? How often do I Eat healthy food? How often I exercise my body? How often I take care of myself?    did I spent long enough time in my personal care to have a healthy body? "HEALTHY MIND IN A HEALTHY BODY"  said our ancestors and they were right. Have you ever thought that although cultivate the mind, through knowledge you feel something like sleepy? then you catch a filibuster and a weakness of continuation to your work? It is certainly something that happens to most of us cultivating our spirit ignoring or giving less importance to other aspects of our body, such as the neglect of body gymnastics, neglecting proper nutrition and prefer a faster, junk food for more time left to us to work, to study and to do our hobbies, and other factors as many obligations, family children etc. It is impossible for our mind to be healthy without the proper daily exercise and care and for all other parts of our body.
     I take care of my body means to take some excersises every day, not an easy prefer sedentary life in front of a screen of a computer or at a desk all day or watching a television screen. People who prefer for long periods a sedentary lifestyle are more prone to cardiac diseases.
      Part of our body,  is the healthy care of our teeth. Children and adults throughout our life we ​​take care of our teeth both, to preserve and to older ages from losing our teeth and for clean breath. Physical Health and Well-being comes only from the daily care of ourselves.
        Children regularly we wash our body to remove dirt and impurities, with the bathroom revitalize our whole body and allow better blood circulation. Always at night before bed we wash our feet to rest them from a hard day, we brush our teeth properly and eat healthy and then we start reading about our school lessons "fresh."
