Quiz: How Much Do You Know about Health?

Thoughts and Mental Health

I'm thinking sometimes myself, my life, I try to make decisions, I try to find a job, to find the right people in my life, to marry to create my own family, but how? How to make my own family when I do not work? How to work when I can not find a job to do? How to face with public opinion when I find a job and mocking  they say “This  job is not  in your studies” is really a difficult to handle by my teen age, both of the problems that life itself presents in my way and from society only negativity might be against a young person trying to make his life and make  his own path and live the life he dreams.

There are children, teenagers and even adults who spend hours thinking, sometimes you find them to be immersed in their thoughts to themselves. The closer you get to ask them "why are you closed to yourself  all day Go out" and you say I have to take decisions I want to think for my life, to take my responsible decisions. How good is it if  we have too many thoughts. If we waste many hours thinking about doing everything, we do nothing  just nothing because we have lost all our time to thinking about it. The thoughts when you are responsible and mature help organizing things and structure them but your  brain is getting tired more and more, we have to stop thinking by  interrupting at regular intervals to give the time to the brain to relax from the intense situation from thoughts you are driven, just ask yourself  does it deserve your thoughts? how much longer to organize your thinking in a society that really is  unpredictable? I'm not some special on the subject but from my experience and my extensive experience in matters of the difficulties facing young people today around the phase of beginnings theirs lives in society  and gain a position in society. I decided to share with you some of my thoughts by writing this short article.

The subject is extensive so I'll try to cover it in other articles.
The blog is updated regularly with Health and social concern issues in an effort to share with you issues regarding our health at all stages of our lives, both psychological and prevent certain situations that may influence  the health of our body and preventing diseases. Let’s not forget that prevention is better than all treatments. The Right prevention of diseases begins first by our mental health.
